Identity Verification


When you initiate a transaction on our site, we may process your Personal Information (including your name, mobile number, identification number, passport number, nationality, address, date of birth and related documents including your identification card, passport, proof of residence documents such as utility, phone or bank statements and/or government agency letter) for the purposes of identity verification checks and/or to comply with our know-your-customer obligations under applicable laws.

Third Party Services
Processing of Payments on our Site
When you submit a payment request on our site (when making purchases from our online store), we pass your payment information (including information about your past transactions, the current transaction, credit card details and IP address) to a third party service provider which conducts anti-fraud checks on our behalf. Our online store merely queries whether the payment information provided by you satisfies the criteria set by the third party’s algorithm and then returns back the results. If your payment information does not satisfy their criteria, the payment request will be declined. This process may result in you not being able to complete a purchase on our site. You may want to check your payment information or try again using a different method of payment.

PayPal is offered as a payment method. When using PayPal on www.flexosense.com a user must provide their PayPal email address. The user will then be directed to paypal.com to complete their payment, after which they will be redirected to www.flexosense.com to complete the order.

Shipping Providers and Export Control
We offer shipping through third parties: FedEx, UPS, and other local or international shipping providers. We pass delivery addresses, phone numbers, and invoices to these companies to the extent required for quoting shipping prices and successful delivery of orders.

 

Analytics
FlexoSense uses Google Analytics, to track aggregate behavior of visitors on www.flexosense.com. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the responsible body for the data processing that occurs via this website has their basis outside of the European Economic area and Switzerland, then the associated Google Analytics data processing is carried out by Google LLC. Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. will hereinafter be referred to as “Google”.

 

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files saved on your computer, to help the website analyze your use of the site. The information generated by the cookie (including the truncated IP address) about the use of the website will normally be transmitted to and stored by Google.

 

Google Analytics is used exclusively with the extension "_anonymizeIp ()" on this website. This extension ensures an anonymization of the IP address by truncation and excludes a direct personal reference. Via this extension Google truncates your IP address within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional situations will your full IP address be transmitted to Google servers in the United States and truncated there. The IP address, that is provided by your browser in using Google Analytics will not be merged by Google with other data from Google.

On behalf of the site operator, Google will use the information collected to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other website and internet related services to the site operator (Art. 6 (1)( f) GDPR). The legitimate interest in data processing lies in the optimization of this website, the analysis of the use of the website and the adaptation of the content. The interests of the users are adequately protected by the pseudonymization of their data.

 

Google LLC. offers a guarantee to maintain an adequate level of data protection on the basis of European standard contractual clauses. The data sent and linked to the Google Analytics cookies, e.g. user IDs or advertising IDs will be automatically deleted after 50 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached is carried out automatically once a month.

We use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google LLC (Google) to protect your submissions via internet submission forms on this site.
